The Management Certificate Program in Human Resources is a fast-track professional program recognized by the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.

Participants will be able to achieve all nine credit coursework requirements to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam (CKE1/CKE2) through the HRPA to be eligible for the CHRP and CHRL Designations. Please refer to the HRPA website to ensure that you meet the additional requirements to write the CKE1/CKE2.

Topics and Dates:

You can complete the courses in any order and at your own pace. To comply with HRPA’s guidelines, achieving a minimum grade of 65% in each course is mandatory. Click here to view a full list of course details.
Courses run from September to July with a new course each month. Depending on deliverables, some courses will have an exam out of scheduled class time.
Online format: Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 9:00 pm EST & Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 12:30 pm EST.
