Join Us for Our qPCR Workshop
qPCR is the gold-standard technique for measuring RNA and DNA levels,
but even minor missteps can lead to unreliable results.
This workshop will walk you through the critical checkpoints in qPCR,
including:
Primer design and validation
Reaction efficiency and melting curve analysis
Reference gene selection and stability testing
Proper use of technical/biological replicates and inter-plate calibrators
Multi-plate data analysis and troubleshooting variability
This workshop will highlight how the MIQE guidelines have standardized
qPCR research practices and provide practical guidance to help you
achieve compliance—ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and
smoother publication.
