Join The Norman Paterson School of International Affairs on November 2 for a conversation with Tom Fletcher, United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, as he explores the challenges facing humanitarian action in an increasingly volatile world. In his talk, Humanity in an Age of Uncertainty: Rebuilding the Case for Humanitarian Action, Fletcher will reflect on the growing complexity of global crises, the pressures on the international humanitarian system, and the urgent need to renew support for principled humanitarian action in an era of conflict, displacement, and uncertainty.
