Bullying and harassment is an important issue in every workplace. At one time or another, we have all witnessed, experienced, or delivered a hurtful comment or action at work. Left unchecked, these behaviours can quickly evolve into bullying or unhealthy work relationships that negatively impact workers and their families.

Tina Daniels has been studying conflict and aggression for over 20 years. She currently chairs the Ottawa Anti-bullying Coalition and teaches in the Department of Psychology at Carleton University.
