About this Event
An event in honour of the UN International Day of the Girl takes place on Oct. 13, 2015 with displays by students in Prof. Virginia Caputo's Girlhood Studies class and special guest speaker, The Honourable Landon Pearson. The Landon Pearson Centre for the Study of Childhood and Children’s Rights is sponsoring this year’s event.
Opening remarks will be delivered at 12 noon by the Honourable Landon Pearson, former Senator and children’s right advocate.
