Carol Bowyer Shipley, M.S.W., brings a unique perspective to the world of adoption as an adoptee, an adoptive mother, and an adoption professional who worked 25 years in Ontario’s private and public adoption systems. Born and raised in Manitoba, she lives in Ottawa with her husband, Ken. Her children, their spouses, and grandchildren constantly enrich her life
