Bridgehead has been a community anchor in urban Ottawa neighbourhoods such as Old Ottawa South, the Glebe and Westboro. The fairly traded coffee and tea company is now embarking on expansion to suburban communities and as part of that process, CEO, Tracey Clark, is interested in reimagining the user experience while still staying true to the company’s values, commitment, and culture.

1. explore some of the challenges being faced by Bridgehead, and
2. apply design thinking principles to co-create compelling ideas that will resonate with the Bridgehead experience.
