Host Organization: Research and Education in Accessibility, Design, and Innovation Training Program
Please join us for the first READi Symposium, including our keynote The Honorable Kent Hehr, Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities.
PART 1: READi Launch (11:00am - 12:00pm)
This event will mark the launch of the our new NSERC-funded CREATE training program, Research and Education in Accessibility, Design, and Innovation (READi). This part will open with an introduction to the objectives of the project followed by the keynote speech by:

PART 2: READi Symposium (12:00pm - 4:00pm)
The READi Symposium, mainly targeted for READi associates, including students, researchers, and collaborators to exchange information, network, and discuss challenges and opportunities for accessibility, as it relates to the NSERC CREATE READi training program. Anyone who is not a READi associate, but interested in engaging and learning about the program, is welcome to stay for this Symposium.
