Jean-François Godbout is Professor of Political Science at the University of Montreal and Co-Director of the Canadian Journal of Political Science. Dr. Godbout is an expert in elections and political institutions in Canada, the United States and Europe. His recent work examines the emergence of parties in the Canadian House of Commons. ​
