Come join Carleton employees for a fun game of Ultimate Frisbee over the lunch hour! The sport is easy to learn, and the games are open to all skill levels. Best of all, you get to socialize with your Carleton compatriots, and it’s all FREE, thanks to Healthy Workplace!

For those new to the sport, never fear: we’ll have people on hand to show you the basics and get you into the game. The first few times out at the field, we’ll be doing some training sessions, going over the basics of the game, and learning how to throw a Frisbee in ways you never thought possible (or logical).
