Dr. Chris Mushquash is Ojibway and a member of Pays Plat First Nation. He is a Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Mental Health and Addiction at Lakehead University. He will talk about his research on culturally appropriate mental health and addiction assessment and intervention for First Nations people through partnership with First Nation communities and organizations.
