Bell Chair in Canadian Parliamentary Democracy Lecture with Olena Hankivsky, Simon Fraser University

Bio:
Dr. Hankivsky is a Professor in the School of Public Policy and Director of the
Institute for Intersectionality Research and Policy at Simon Fraser University.
She is currently a Visiting Professor at the London School of Hygiene and
Tropical Medicine, UK. Dr. Hankivsky is trained as a political scientist and her
research interests are focused on normative political theory and public policy.
Among her edited collections are Social Policy and the Ethic of Care (University
of British Columbia Press, 2004), Health Inequities in Canada: Intersectional
Frameworks and Practices (University of British Columbia Press, 2011), Gender,
Politics and Society in Ukraine (University of Toronto Press, 2012), and An Intersectionality
Based Policy Analysis Framework (Institute for Intersectionality
Research and Policy, 2012).
