Global Affairs Canada, together with the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and Carleton University, are pleased to host a Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Ottawa Declaration that established the Arctic Council on September 19, 1996.
The Celebration will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 7:30am to 4:00pm in the River Building Atrium (2nd floor), Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
